5mm Foamex Board Printing
Our full-color printed 5mm Foamex is a PVC sheet that stands out for its lightweight, flexible, and versatile properties. This material is particularly advantageous due to its waterproof nature, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of applications, including exhibitions and events. The material can be easily cut, drilled, and shaped to fit specific design requirements, allowing for creative and customised displays.
PLEASE NOTE: The maximum size Foamex board available in one piece = 1220mm x 2440mm. Sizes above this are not a problem, but will require a join when fitting.
If you are creating and supplying print ready artwork please follow the steps below;
- File format must be either PDF or JPEG. (We can also accept PNG, TIFF and AI files)
- Artwork must be sized to the board size required or an equivalent ratio. This is to limit any resizing of your board which could lead to stretching and pixilation.
- The ideal resolution of the artwork would be greater than 150dpi but a lower resolution may be acceptable.
- Colour format must be in CMYK. Files sent over in RGB will be converted.
Artwork is uploaded after the checkout.
- 5mm is the most rigid with some flexibility, making it a great option.
